About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Specialist to join our client’s dynamic infrastructure management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security of our cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to IT Support teams regarding vulnerabilities and security best practices.
- Manage and enhance cloud security for Microsoft 365 and Azure, with a focus on access control, identity management, and tenant security.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security and compliance risks across the cloud environment.
- Develop and implement remediation strategies for identified security issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of cloud security configurations, particularly network security within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of Privileged Identity Management (PIM), tenant security, and cloud platform security policy management.
- Expertise in network protocols and services (FTP, HTTP, SSH, SMB, LDAP).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and log/audit analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess cloud security vulnerabilities and risks.
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud security roles.
- Understanding of Microsoft Cloud role and group management.
- Knowledge of M365 and Azure security features (e.g., Defender, Exchange Online Protection).
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies.
- Expertise in administering and managing continuous monitoring solutions.
- Experience with Cisco or F5 cloud solutions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-103).
