Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local restaurants and food establishments. The primary focus is on acquiring new partners, driving sales, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for our partners.

Responsibilities:

1.            Business Development:

  1. Identify and target potential restaurant partners to expand our network.
  2. Conduct market research to understand the local food industry and competition.
  3. Negotiate and close partnership agreements with restaurants, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  4. Provide ongoing support and assistance to restaurant partners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

2.            Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant partners.
  2. Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to relay partner feedback and enhance the overall partner experience.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.

3.            Sales and Revenue Generation:

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  5. Requirements:

4.            Onboarding and Training:

  1. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  2. Conduct training sessions to educate partners on the features and benefits of our online food app.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Especially  Czech and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and attend client meetings as needed.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the local market and food industry trends.

Education and Experience:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

•             2+ years of relevant field sales experience.
