Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience managing projects and task-driven activities – self disciplined
- Manage Business technical requests , extracting requirements, liaising with IT teams to architect and implement solutions
- Coordinate and lead technical discussions with IT service experts as necessary for request fulfillment, incidents, changes, or escalations
- Provide support for the various roles focused on infrastructure, security, compliance and provisioning so that they are understood and integrated with the service model
- Ability to perform across divisional and technical boundaries; willing to learn and adopt quickly to changing technologies and diverse technical requirements
- Must possess a firm belief in the ability to find solutions to any problem no matter how imposing (work with other teams and self-learner)
- Go-getter mentality – full accountability and ownership of entire lifecycle of task and problem management
- Experience with product, portfolio and demand management by using tools: JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, and documentation in PowerPoint
Technical skill set required:
- Advanced understanding of Project Management, organizing and leading technical discussions, task management, documentation, reporting to senior management
- Good understanding of Network components & LAN/WAN connectivity
- Good understanding of Linux, Windows, Virtual PC, On-premise storage, Oracle/SQL DB, Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic understanding of Process flow / end-to-end design in Visio or Draw.io
- Basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, Service Now
- Basic understanding of MS Tools (Teams, Office, SharePoint)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Project management experience
- Technical background, understanding of Networking and Compute
- Advanced English, verbal and written communication, including ability to create clear and accurate process documentation, reports
- Ability to accurately translate unstructured requests into functional requirements
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Adaptability to change, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Professional attitude, ability to communicate with senior leadership, ability to defuse escalations
