Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Data/Product Analyst and Delivery Lead to join our Pharma client’s IT team. This role requires a professional with a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical software products and their architectures, and exceptional leadership skills to drive the successful implementation of business requirements. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives while adhering to compliance and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1.Analysis and Design:
- Analyze pharmaceutical IT systems, software architectures, and data structures to understand how they align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed specifications for changes, enhancements, or new implementations in line with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
2.Delivery Leadership:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and analysts, to deliver on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
3.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Present technical and business insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews to ensure all parties are aligned on deliverables.
4.Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure all deliverables comply with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and internal quality standards.
- Maintain documentation and records required for compliance and audits.
5.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pharmaceutical IT systems and data management.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and business value.
Qualifications and Skills
1.Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical IT systems, software architecture, and data management principles.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex systems and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
2.Preferred:
- Experience with pharmaceutical compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Familiarity with common tools and platforms in the pharma domain (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS).
