Position Overview:

Job Description:
- Lead the Finance stream on S/4HANA transformation projects
- Apply SAP Best Practices to design processes and functionality aligned with SAP Clean Core principles
- Contribute to building our local SAP business practice
- Support sales activities
- Work in multidisciplinary teams (technical, functional, and business), both locally and remotely
Skills and Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO (including at least 2 years with S/4HANA), with deep functional knowledge in FI and/or CO
- Proven consulting experience with SAP project implementations
- Additional knowledge in SAP Financials is a plus (e.g., Financial SCM modules, Treasury, Digital Finance)
- Experience in designing technical and/or integration SAP architecture
- Familiarity with the latest SAP products, methodologies, and terminology
- Knowledge of Czech and/or Slovak specifics that impact ERP solutions (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, accounting standards)
- Strong motivation and drive to grow your skills; analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A university degree (engineering, business, finance, or a related field) is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Czech or Slovak
