About the role:
Informatica developer provides hands on guidance to other team members with extraordinary skills in developing ETL mappings and scripts using Informatica PowerCenter 10.1 / 10.2 and PowerMart 5.1 using Designer (Source Analyzer, Warehouse designer, Mapping designer, Mapplet Designer, Transformation Developer), Repository Manager, Workflow Manager & Workflow Monitor.

Responsibilities:
- Design analytical SQL (Window Functions)
- Design and construct databases in both Netezza SQL Server
- Deploying code from one environment to another. Designing & Develop Informatica MDM User Exits, Match rules.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team
- Consulting & Communication
- Provide senior level consulting and advisory services to clients as subject matter expert for Informatica Power Center ETL and team delivery
- Provide analysis and recommendations for ETL implementation
- Take part in Design Brainstorm & design approval process
- Generate estimates for ODS & Warehouse ETL activities
- Licensing or Certifications for Informatica Developer
- IDQ, SSL, SSH, TCP/IP, MDM, BODS, SAP, ITIL, PMP, PIM
- Create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating programs per written business / functional specifications
Skills:
- Bachelors in Technology or in a related field required
- Relational Database concept knowledge (SQL Server preferred)
- Experience in working with relational databases such as Oracle 11g or higher, DB2 with the flat files and XML using the Informatica XML Parser
- Experience in resolving maintenance issues and bug fixes, monitoring Informatica sessions performance tuning of mappings and sessions
- Experience with other Informatica Component Modules including PowerExchange, IDQ
