We are looking for CAD Engineers to join elevator mechanical tribes’ agile teams for overseeing the portfolio of hoisting mechanics, landing doors and elevator car components in our client’s location.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible of all design and implementation activities within the component portfolio
of your agile team. - Independently lead new design and change request initiatives forward within the global
organization. - Collaborate closely with the other Elevator Mechanics, Doors and Cars tribe agile teams.
- Collaborate closely with other R&D tribes and functions.
- Cooperate with our clients frontlines, supply chain and suppliers to ensure smooth elevator
supply. - Be part of KTI project development activities to ensure quality, safety, and cost
competitiveness of elevator products.
Requirements:
- Have good understanding on mechanical design criterion for load bearing structures.
- Experienced user of 3D (and 2D) modelling software, such as, Creo.
- Previous use of PLM/PDM systems.
- Experienced user of MS Office tools, such as, Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing / factory operations.
- Proven skills in delivering good results in time even on complex cases with tight schedules.
Capability to lead in a fast-paced environment. - Disciplined working methods with willingness and ability to lead and work as a member of
an international design team. - Passion for great service / customer experience.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Czech.
- 3 days in the office at Usti nad Labem
