Responsibilities:
- Performing troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex tasks.
- Working with enterprise security device vendors to resolve complex incidents.
- Using vendor provided tools, log files, Customer provided tools/scripts.
- Attending incident calls, review and understand documented processes, update process documents and interaction with Customer and Customer managers.
- Performing simple and complex Change Management.
- Participating in audit and compliance assessments performed internally
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- The ability to work in a shift work environment (7x24x365)
Skill set required:
- Experience working in 24×7 environment.
- Experience in working with one or more of the following Security Products: (Splunk, Palo Alto, CISCO ASA, Fortigate firewalls, F5 load balancer LTM/GTM/APM, Zscaler & Bluecoat proxy, Cisco ISE, Infoblox, VPN Gateways, IPS, IDS and Authentication Devices).
- Knowledge of ITIL level.
- CCNA/CCNP Security.
- Palo Alto Essential/Advanced Certification/s.
- Cisco Security Essential/Advanced Certification/s.
- F5 Essential/Advanced Certification/s.
- Knowledge of Fortinet NSE.
- Proxy Essential/Advanced Certifications (BlueCoat, ZScaler).
- Cisco Network certification(s).
- Good Routing and Switching skills.
