Job Overview:
- Manages Cloud Governance making sure that the team has the necessary capabilities and skillset, the processes are fit for purpose and that KPIs are enablers for consistent delivery and innovations.
Major Accountabilities
- Responsible for Cloud Service Governance across technical domains
- Review and implementation of governance best practices and initial governance foundations
- Implement governance improvements jointly with domain leads and service experts.
- Manage Cloud Service risks.
- Manage ways of working
- Architect and design Cloud relevant processes
- Designs integrative processes and identify new requirements to be included in the Orchestration pipeline.
- Define the Cloud Service Management Framework owning SOM and acting as a super user for all Global Processes interfaces.
- Team building managing skillsets, capabilities, evolution.
- Training Management for the Service
- Drives ITOM maturity stages aligning team, processes, and technical capabilities evolution.
- Develop Critical Performance Indicators (KPI) by selecting relevant metrics for managing the Cloud Services that fit the related processes.
- Responsible for implementation of performance management processes as defined by the Performance Management function and SI at the Cloud level, driving implementation across domains including ITSM implementations.
- Defines artifacts, practices, and outputs for domains to follow consistently.
- Drives adoption of the analytics capabilities defined by the Performance Management function.
- Make available Cloud specific dashboards for the consumption of all the towers.
- Defines a framework for Cloud Communications, templatizing notifications and management.
Competencies
- Strong IT service management and governance management skillset across different IT Services
- Strong Performance Management skillset
- Knowledge and experience working with Private Cloud / Public Cloud Services, Platforms and Technologies
- Functional knowledge of large-scale IT processes and strong experience in dealing with a complex matrix environment where different functions will hold different accountabilities for the same processes.
- Proven experience in delivering processes transformation through technology solutions.
- Strong organizational and technology skills with an ability to manage competing demands
