Responsibilities
- Build teams expertise in Agile ways of working
- Help build the infrastructure for each project / program to ensure team is equped with process and tools for Agile
- Support and help conduct design sprints for various iLAB programs
- Stucture co-development (apps, games, etc.) via agile methodology including sprints / user stories / product backlogs / sprint backlogs / scrum meetings
- Support/ and help runing the daily scrums meetings; product demos and retrospectives
- Support develpment and maintainance of shared and collaboration space
- Coach Project Managers and team to gain proficiency in Agile
- Availability to work on US hours (EDT timezone)
